Our friendly, experienced and committed staff hold a range of qualifications in early years education. They are experienced in caring for children with differing degrees of educational needs as well as any with special needs. We have a member of staff appointed as the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO). Every effort is made to ensure that all children, whatever their needs, are to participate fully in pre-school activities. 

All our staff keep their mandatory training of basic first aid, food and hygiene and safeguarding children courses up to date. They also undertake a number of additional professional courses designed to help keep Easton Pre-School's practice up to date and to continually develop.

Sessions are supported by parent rota helpers and by our group of registered parent helpers who are CRB checked.    
Our staff consists of one supervisor, Clare Seaman, three experienced play leaders, Jackie Wall, Sandy Stearn and Emma Johnston.
CLARE: Clare is our supervisor who is qualified to NVQ level 3 and is an experienced member of our team. She is working towards her early years foundation degree.
JACKIE : Jackie is our deputy supervisor and qualified early years teacher and has undertaken additional qualifications to NVQ Level 3. Jackie has a special interest in art and craft.  
SANDY :Sandy is qualified to NVQ Level 3 and is an accredited SENCO. As a dyslexic person herself she has a unique insight into some of the issues surrounding living with additional needs. 
EMMA:  Is qualified to NVQ level 3 and has a Montessori Diploma.
